Pastor Jarvis T. Cade is a native of McCormick, SC and the son of Willie and Rosa Cade of McCormick, SC.  Pastor Cade was rested in the Baptist faith as a part of St. Goodwill Baptist Church, Troy, SC, at a young age.  At the age of 21, he began attending Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, Cross Hill, SC, under the leadership of Bishop Emanuel Spearman.  While there, he grew spiritually and held numerous offices and positions which included Choir President, Adult Sunday School Teacher, Adult Bible School Teacher and Vocational Bible School Teacher.  He went on to become an Ordained Deacon and served faithfully in this capacity until he was called into Ministry.  He preached his Introducatory Sermon  December 12, 2004. His topic:  "Lets Praise the Lord."  He was licensed and later became the Youth Minister at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church.  Pastor Cade was later called to his home church and served as acting Pastor until October, 2015, when he became the Senior Pastor at St. Goodwill Baptist Church.  Pastor Cade has a passion to preach the WORD OF GOD so that lives can be changed and souls saved- not that he is praised but that God gets all the Glory, all the Honor, and all the Praise!
